Stagnant Projects:

All projects with logs not updated issued a yellowcard (stagnant notice), time needs to be logged on sheets by next committee meeting or they will be moved to purgatory.

Project Leadership:

Arcade Overhaul-Hannah Volunteered to be project leader for the arcade

Sewing Machine Rehoming Program-Howard volunteered to head up the sewing machine re-homing program

Vector Committee Area Organization: Quy heading up beautification/rearranging of Vector

Notes:

-Hoodies priced at $5, black t-shirts at $5, any other t-shirts at $3

-Quy proposed putting up the art that came with the big 3d Fab donation in the arcade

New Business: Discussion

Discussion: Move DyeSub physically and administratively to Vector

Discussed the merits of transferring Dye-Sub Sig under Vector Committee at an administrative level, vs. hosting Dye Sub Sig in Vector Committee area while DyeSyb remains a SiG of CA.\

• • Max stated concern that DyeSub Sig is not in line with Vector’s purpose.\
  • Amelia argued that DyeSub equipment supports restoration, and administration in separate areas of DMS creates difficulty.
  • CA minutes for Dec 2024 and Jan 2025 state Dye-Sub will move to CA, however CA may need to document a vote to approve.\

Discussion: Move Table Top SiG physically and administratively to Vector

Discussion on moving Table Top SiG move administratively and physically to Vector (arcade area).\

• • Members agreed Table Top fit the mission and arcade area of Vector.
  • However, CA needs to vote or note in minutes to release TableTop SiG.
  • Will discuss moving Table-Top to Vector after CA Votes to approve move.
