While this list is meant to be a general guide of what’s high priority at the space, I realize that this list might not be complete due to the realities of the space. Darkroom and Purple Classroom

• Tint windows in Purple Classroom

HVAC Issues

• RTU 7’s Evap Condensation Drain is leaking in sewing, and there’s no power to RTU.

Restroom/Slop Room

Front Restroom

• re-adhere the rubber molding (June/July/August time frame – after it’s been painted by CA)
• Shelving needs to be placed under sink
• North Lobby North Restroom needs the fixtures on the sinks re-tightened.

Women’s Restroom

• Move light from dark room to Women’s Restroom for more light in the stalls
• Ceiling tiles need to be replaced from where there was water damage from the condenser/slop room leak
• Drywall needs to be replaced where the paper towel holder is

Slop Room

• Ceiling tiles need to be replaced from water damage

Sewing

• Emergency lights are needed in Sewing Room

Ceramics

• Outlet on rail needs to be flipped and have a pigtail dropped.

Items Indicated on Whiteboard

• Tesla Charger no longer working – Replacement cable/head cost is $175, replacement unit cost is $475. Cables are there, DMS can probably self-install both.
