6:15pm	Meeting Start	Sam Mitchell	Sam Mitchell opens meeting at 6:15pm April is going to be a busy month. Automotive space is in need of restoration. Holding off on anything to progress new automotive area until the new board is in place.
6:20pm	Volunteers	Sam Mitchell	Need volunteers to teach classes in April lift training (need to look into how many AD's for lift training)
6:30pm	Work Day	Sam Mitchell	Work Days in April Saturday 4/5 and Saturday 4/19 Need volunteers Looking to fix and make sure we finish in excellence check for leaks in the pipes already installed Clean up space for the open house and steam roller event (before the end of April)
6:35pm	Vote	Chris DeYong	Submitting a formal letter to the DMS board - as a polite request to progress The automotive committee requests the following of the Board of Directors: The Automotive Committee requests the Board of Directors obtain approval from the DMS landlord to install the Automotive Committees existing Rotary WOA83-1 lift in the newly constructed automotive area, located in the north section of the building. The Automotive Committee requests the Board of Directors obtain approval from the DMS landlord to install an additional four post lift (make and model to be determined at a future date) in the newly constructed automotive area, located in the north section of the building. The Automotive Committee requests the Board of Directors promptly communicate the responses from the DMS landlord to requests 1 and 2 to the automotive committee chair. VOTES: Chris DeYong motioned Samuel Mitchell second (Unanimous YES vote)
7:00pm	Vote	Sam Mitchell	Sam Mitchell is officially running for the DMS Board. Register to vote and vote before 4/25. Kia mentioned there are other positions open, like officers for the space.
