Reflections Room	Kia/Jay	Coordinate with Jason, Vincent, and other volunteers to move the fire cabinet in the old financial office to infra office. It weighs 425 pounds and needs a team lift. Lights need to be replaced and room needs to be cleaned out. Maybe setup logistics work day? Amelia - laser out sign Stephen/Vincent - replace lights. Kia/Jay - shred documents All - general cleaning
Outside Picnic Bench?	Kia	Talked to landlord and they wanted to have some time to think of solutions.
Fix Broken Thermostat in Expansion Area	Jay	Updates to broken thermostat? Jay is absent. Summer Temp - 73, Winter - 69 If Jay wants to control, he needs his number there.
Supply Update	All	Any supplies that we need? Setting up auto ordering. Maybe switch to Amazon.
Supplyworks Debt	Kia	Paid over phone.
Trash Vendor Update	Kia	Need to have CLO look over contract before approval.
DJS Monitoring/Feedback	All	Ceramics was not in good state, called DJS to resolve issues and will monitor over the next month. Need to order new industrial vacuums. Josh knows a place in Arlington.
Drop Ceiling Is Dropping	Gena	It is dropping, that is bad. We need a Jira ambassador.
Emergency Contact List	Ian	24 hour handyman. Call the handyman. Answering service for handyman? Gena will look into it. Buy some tarps and bucket for logistics for leaks. Woodshop and pillar are known leaks. Vincent/Amelia will work on map for leaks
Fluorescent Light Replacement	All	Lights in right North Lobby bathroom have been changed, lights in women's restroom, now have a jenga tower of old ballisters. Continue working on it. Figure out light switch in the woodshop hallway. Call Jeff about light switch.
North Lobby Bathroom Updates	All	Plumber repaired leak in urinal by cleaning out gunk, might need to replace it if we continue to have leaks. More general cleaning and repairs need to be done. Might be easier to drive to Home Depot for shims while we wait on payment issue to be resolved. Limey/Vincent will shim the toilet. Limey will paint it lime green.
Shrimpgate	Max	Make your car as light as possible, simplify it - shrimplify it.
Towel Dispenser in Utility Closet Broken	All	Any updates to towel dispenser? It is working
Hole in wall for Interactive	All	Yieu will 3D print it
New Soap dispenser by CA	All	it is broken, Vincent will appropriate the one from the dark room.
Jira Backlog Grooming	All	Josh is the Jira guru, Kia, Limey, and Josh can do impromptu learning sessions if requested. Any tickets we can closed off/assign? Josh and Kia went over the Jira board and cleared off some old tickets.
Holiday Project Storage	All	Greg Seale and Max Locke are currently running project storage for the holidays (1/15/24) Partially reopened 13 shelves, card system. 60% full right now, might open more shelves. Called out first rule breaker. People need to read the rules. QR codes everywhere.
Long Term Project Storage	All	Paid Tool Storage in North warehouse? Ikea buckets. Designated area in the new plans for bucket storage member storage. Mix of committee storage, project storage, and member storage, and paid storage. How to manage maker boxes? Yieu/Vincent will implement the automated system Josh made. Make a rack with the multicam, people can rent out buckets monthly. How do we want to do a locker system? How do we create a sustainable way to manage project storage? Josh had an automatic project in the works, we should revive that. Who volunteers to help with enforcement?
Paid Storage Test	Max	Max will open up a manual paid storage test.
Side Quests	Amelia	Amelia and Josh will work on implementing side quests. Launch in January, make an announcement, run until February, and discuss in March.
Logistics QR Codes	Josh	Mimi is working on that, will tell her about side quests.
How do we get more volunteers?	All	Continuing discussion on what attracts people and helps with retention? Food? Swag? Policies? (Logistics 101). Appreciation, helping out other committees.
Snacks	All	Any preferences on what snacks we want to keep stocked up in Infra closet?
Burnout	All	A lot of volunteers at DMS feel burnout, especially facilities. How can we more evenly distribute the load to prevent this? Kia will create a "SWAT Team" of people available to let vendors in onsite Automate ordering.
