As to the complaint from Tails against Freddy Calvert, the board finds the following:
Incidents of the formal complaint were more than a year ago, and the board was disappointed in them. However, given the length of time waited the complaint is not actionable, and the complainant has confirmed Freddy in an officer position and recommended him for recognition in the last few months.
While there is no agreement as to any recent issues, the board issues a formal warning to Freddy Calvert that deadnaming and misgendering is against our code of conduct, and any incidents will result in loss of position and/or membership.
However, we do expect more from our Directors and Officers. To that end, all directors and officers will be undergoing sensitivity training to be confirmed by our volunteer coordinator.
