Neural Electric Interface Working Group (NEIWG)

NEIWG stands for Neural Electric Interfacing Working Group. Our mission is to exploit and explore man-machine interface technologies with a Do-It-Yourself philosophy. We aim to develop accessible neural electric interface technologies and techniques. If you would like to be involved, no experience is necessary and we meet Wednesday’s at 9:30 p.m..

Founded by Scott Renkes in 2015 with a group of makers to develop DIY prosthetics. He realized he couldn’t do it himself and brought together a group with diverse skill sets. Since then we have had a large number of different members and pursued a variety of different projects
