The Volunteer Recognition Committee covers:

• Positive reinforcement of volunteerism around DMS
• Recruitment of new volunteers
• Recognition initiatives for members going above and beyond for the betterment of DMS
• Tracking and coordination of volunteers as requested

Purpose

1. To build a stronger sense of community among the growing member base of DMS
2. Ensure that volunteers feel appreciated and seen
3. Encourage and engage members to volunteer for the betterment of DMS
