MOTION: Bill Scott is expelled from the Dallas Makerspace premises, common areas of the Dallas Makerspace property, online platforms, and external events for a period of 12 months for threats of violence and violating a suspension.  Should Bill Scott ever return to Dallas Makerspace premises during this expulsion it shall become a permanent expulsion.  Upon returning to the Dallas Makerspace Bill Scott shall be on probation for a period of 12 months and any failure to explicitly abide by the rules and bylaws of the Dallas Makerspace shall result in an immediate permanent expulsion.
