Once there was the largest, most handsome tiger in the world. One day the tiger had the opportunity to get even bigger and the idea caused every part of the tiger to start dreaming of more room to stretch, jump and run. The tail decided it should be up front as it never had been anywhere but the back. The back leg said it needed a clean area to function and the eyes said they wanted to expand into the ear area so they could have more sight.

When all the body parts finished trying to jockey into position the tiger wasn’t doing so well. The Tiger couldn’t run or play or hunt and he started getting smaller and nothing was working as well as it had before. The tiger was a mess.

Dear wonderful people of DMS, we are a tiger in this world. A beautiful, amazing, one of a kind fierce creature! Together as a whole we have such a fantastic ability to grow and expand in such a way that as we think of expanding we can be the tiger we want to be. As much as we need the tail or the eyes or the legs, we are as a whole the sum of our parts and will continue to thrive TOGETHER. And that is the true beauty of this place.
