Hi Everyone,

Here is a document that we wrote and worked on back in February that
details the relationship between the DPRG and DMS.  It seemed like a
good idea to go back over it.

Its what we've been talking about all along, but written down for
people who like a document to refer to.

If you have any issues with it, lets discuss it as a group on Thursday.
