Mark, Peter - since you guys are on the lease, I'm hitting you up asleaders in DMS.
I believe we need a DMS appointee to the DPRG board, at least for theduration of this startup phase. I envision the role of that personbeing a coordination point for DPRG-related activities such as meetingschedules, equipment, the DMS-DPRG relationship, finances, etc. Ibelieve in transparency, and I think someone from DMS ought to havevisibility into the finances that are currently being funnelledthrough the DPRG account, at least until such time as DMS becomes aseparately acting entity.
Could you guys please nominate someone who would be willing to jointhe DPRG board as an appointee, until such a role is determined to nolonger be needed. I understand from Steve you guys have talked aboutthis, and I want to see it happen.
Thanks
Paul Bouchier

This is an advisory board role in which DPRG membership is notrequired, correct? If so, Peter may be a good choice; I believehe has been serving on the DMS steering committee. Otherwise,I think Alan Hatchett may have interest in this role, provided youlet him bring a camera to film everything. Another good choicemight be Ian Lim, although, I don't know his other commitmentsand schedule.

Thanks Mark. Per Ed's DPRG-DMS relationship document which floatedback up today, the coordinating committee chairman should be a DPRGmember, because they are DPRG board members. You show as a member.Would you be willing to lead the committee?
