Metro Environmental or Metro Environmental Services, 972-245-1158	A member of the Ops committee contacted the company asking for a quote on A/C repair, we already knew what was wrong and were shopping for quotes. The company sent a tech out, gave us a quote and then proceeded to bill us for $95.81 without any prior indication that there was a charge for the quote. We reluctantly paid, as they kept contacting members for payment.
