There haven't been any camera equipment classes in maybe 6 months and no one is stepping up to teach them.
We can't have required classes for tools that are not taught.
They effectively become private tools.
There is no one other than the Chair at the moment and he may delegate the power at will.

We have like a dozen things that shoot 4k resources shouldn't be an issue
