MOTION: Helen (Jo) Paden is expelled from the Dallas Makerspace premises, common areas of the Dallas Makerspace property, online platforms, and external events for a period of 12 months for violating rules 4 & 5 of the Anti-Harassment Policy.  Should Helen (Jo) Paden ever return to Dallas Makerspace premises during this expulsion it shall become a permanent expulsion.  Upon returning to the Dallas Makerspace, Helen (Jo) Paden shall be on probation for a period of 12 months and any failure to explicitly abide by the rules and bylaws of the Dallas Makerspace during this probation period shall result in an immediate permanent expulsion.
