Agenda

Item 1: Ceramics Chair Vote

Unanimous vote for Anna N to become chair (8 in person and 8 by proxy)

Item 2: Dip Glaze class

Monika will purchase and pick up glaze for Anna’s class. Agreed to order 3 gallons and Anna will mix.

Item 3: Purchase needs

Chairs for Flex area - team agreed and we should look for chairs and keep it under $200 or bring it back to the committee

Jewlery Tree seems to be missing

Cones - Monika will order

sponges - new ones seem to be missing will look at setting more out and ordering

Item 4: Bishop Arts opportunity

Item 5: Tool Swap and get together on 11/13 - cake and coffee reminder

Item 6: Follow up on October Business

Spray booth info - Sonya would like to have Anna and Monika go to her school to view the set up

lights - Monika is following up with the BOD for adapters

camera access - Monika has access and will continue to follow up. Monika will request another camera to be installed for a better Ceramics view.
