Not formalized, but I think we should absolutely set some.
In general 1) Become more active as a committee, and have input at Boar of Directors meetings.
2) Increase our group activities / classes / projects
3) Further partner with NTDUG to bring Drone User Group members into the Makerspace, and to have Makerspace members fly with NTDUG.
Maybe we propose project plans for 2015 on our wiki?

I think we should look at projects that can 1) reach a larger audience at the Makerspace, 2) reach out to the community, and 3) push/advance UAV technology for new use cases.
